INVASION: Honduran Migrant Says 20,000 Will March Through Vehicle Lanes at Border, Claims That Applying for Asylum is ‘Waste of Time’
Marco Gómez, 26, is a construction worker from Honduras who is currently marching with the caravan. According to the Epoch Times, he was with a larger group of migrants who were discussing how they want to “send a message” to President Donald Trump to “open the gates.”
“We’ll stay together and be strong, and then move on to the U.S.,” he said. “Peacefully, like people going from one country to another. Marching.”
Gómez and several others told the Epoch Times that they plan to enter illegally and are unlikely to apply for asylum.
“It’s a waste of time. It’s a process that takes months and years—it’s a long time,” Gómez said.
Another migrant, Frank Martinez, had a similar plan.
“I personally, and I know many people will attempt to do the same thing—it’s to cross illegally. I will enter illegally,” Martinez said. “Because we want a better life, and I’m in a hurry.” Read more here
Queer Invader couples celebrate mass wedding in Tijuana, Mexico!
At least seven LGBTQ couples who traveled through Mexico with the migrant caravan commemorated their love during a symbolic mass-wedding celebration in the border town of Tijuana.
Guatemalan Pedro Nehemias Pastor and Honduran Erick Alexander Durán were one of the couples who partook in the ceremony.
“This is really a dream come true, because you don’t see this in our home countries and this is something that we’ve always wanted to do, and today we had the opportunity to do so. I’m very happy,” Nehemias Pastor said in Spanish.
Several Mexican states such as Baja California, where Tijuana is located, recognize same sex marriages after the Mexico’s Supreme Court ruled in 2015 that state bans on marriage equality were unconstitutional. Read more here
Child Rapist, Gang Members Arrested by Texas Border Patrol Agents
Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley Sector arrested three Central Americans who are known members of violent gangs. The agents also arrested five illegal immigrants with criminal histories that include convictions for homicide, child rape, and other sexual crimes against children.
Agents assigned to the McAllen Station apprehended a group of 39 illegal immigrants near Hidalgo, Texas, on November 14. During processing, the agents learned that one of the migrants, a Guatemalan national, is a member of the 18th Street gang. The Guatemalan admitted to the gang membership, according to Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol officials.
Agents assigned to the Rio Grande City Station apprehended another Central American migrant who illegally crossed the border near Roma, Texas, on November 11. A records check completed during processing identified the Salvadoran national as a member of the 18th Street gang.
A few days earlier, McAllen Station agents received a request for assistance from the La Joya Police Department regarding a human smuggling operation. When the agents arrived they carried out an interview and determined that the three migrants were in the U.S. illegally. They transported the migrants to the station and carried out background investigations that revealed one of the men to be a member of the MS-13 (Mara Salvatrucha) gang.
In addition to the three members of violent gangs who were arrested after illegally entering the U.S. agents also apprehended several illegal immigrants with criminal convictions. Read more here
Illegal Alien Accused of Attempting to Murder Cops in U.S. is DACA Recipient
An illegal alien charged with attempted capital murder after allegedly firing at Washington County, Arkansas, police officers was in the United States as a recipient of President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
Luis Cobos-Cenobio, a 29-year-old illegal alien, was arrested and charged with attempted capital murder and other charges after dash cam video footage showed the illegal alien being pulled over and then swiftly firing at Arkansas police officers, as Breitbart News reported.
Cobos-Cenobio, according to an exclusive report by the Washington Times, was in the U.S. as a recipient of the DACA program — where an executive order by Obama gave temporary amnesty to nearly 800,000 illegal aliens.
The illegal alien, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials, was charged in 2015 with a misdemeanor, but since he was a DACA illegal alien, he was not prioritized or eligible for deportation by federal immigration officials.
“ICE did not lodge a detainer against Mr. Cobos-Cenobio in 2015 as he is a DACA recipient and did not meet the threshold for enforcement under the DHS enforcement priorities in place at that time,” an ICE official told the Washington Times. Read more here
Honduran Migrant Complains About Free Meals Provided by Mexico – Calls it ‘Pig Food’

A Honduran migrant complained about the free beans and tortillas provided to the members of the caravan camping out in Tijuana, Mexico.
According to reports, approximately 6,000 mostly military-aged Honduran males are camped out in Tijuana, Mexico, a city that borders San Diego.
The thousands of migrants camping out in Tijuana are hoping to enter the United States legally or illegally.

Deutsche Welle’s Spanish language channel, DW Español, traveled to Tijuana in order to interview some of the migrants living in the camps. A reporter asked one of the migrants how the living conditions were in the camp.
